Navaratri is a Hindu festival. Navaratri is celebrated four times a year.This Navaratri Festival is celebrated for nine days time period. They are Vasanta Navaratri, Ashadha Navaratri,and the Sharada Navaratri, and the Poushya(Magha) Navaratri.

NAVARATRI

Navaratri represents celebration of Goddess Durga, the manifestation of Deity in form of Shakti. Dasahara, meaning ‘ten days’. The Navaratri festival or ‘Nine Nights festival’ becomes ‘ten days festival’ with the addition of the last day, all Hindu are Celebrarte nine day they distribute the prassad and small girls give the Food (kanya Bhojan) ,Vijayadashami On all these ten days, the various forms of Mata Mahisasura-mardini (Durga mata) are worshipped with fervour and devotion.

The dates of the festival are determined according to the lunar calendar.Whole nine days Hindus are doing Bhajan , kirtan.in front of the road and Home are keep the durga mata stachu in pandals and doing pooja, aarti.Man Places are dacorate the diffrent type of jhanki like temple and so on.
